KKTCell Subscribers Receive Customer Care Service through Defne's Call Center Solution, "Ce

Defne's Call Center solution named "CentrUS" was successfully launched in KKTCell which is

the leading mobile network operator of Northern Cyprus of Turkish Republic at the end of March 2013.

The main reason for KKTCell to select Defne's "CentrUS" was its ability to change the IVR menu flow design quickly for the operator and to offer personalized dynamic IVR menu for each subscriber.
