Burak Yalçınkaya Rejoins Defne

Welcome Back to the Team, Burak Yalçınkaya!

We are delighted to announce that Burak Yalçınkaya has rejoined the Defne family as our new Director of Operations & Support.

Burak began his academic journey at Yıldız Technical University and went on to earn his master’s degree in Information Systems from Sakarya University. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the telecommunications and contact center industries, and in recent years, has also developed expertise in cybersecurity and data protection.

Throughout his career, Burak has held various leadership roles including IT Manager, Team Lead, and Chief Engineer. He has successfully contributed to numerous national and international projects, demonstrating both technical depth and strategic insight.

Having previously spent many valuable years at Defne, Burak’s return is both a reunion and a renewal. We are excited to have him back on board and look forward to the energy and vision he will bring in his new role.
