During this period, we are rapidly implementing solutions that strengthen the business functions of our customers and support them to work from home and stay healthy! POLSAN (Polis Yardım ve Bakım Sandığı), one of our long-term customers who are using our IVR and Call Center products, decided their Call Center Customer Agents to work from home due to the COVID-19 epidemic and asked us to develop a solution to enable this. With the solution our technical team developed and tested rapidly, POLSAN Customer Agents are now able to provide call center service from their homes via VPN. Thanks to this swift application, POLSAN has not only protected the health of its employees, but also continues to provide uninterrupted customer service with its motivated team!
