Defne  and Turk Telekom Teams Discuss Joint Deployments During 2018's First Joint Workshop

In a day long workshop, Defne and Turk Telekom business, product management, operations and technical teams came together to discuss existing successful projects and future additions. Morning sessions included discussion on Outbound Campaign Suite and IVR platform deployments and in the afternoon Defne presented its new solutions planned for 2018 and beyond:

  • Voice Assistant with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and intelligent IVR, ASR and TTS functionality
